Who is Haider Ackermann?

He is the designer who made the biggest impression to me, when I ran through the pages of the S/S 2012 collections of Elle & Vogue UK, so I decided to do some research.

Born 1971 in Colombia, adopted by French parents, raised in Africa and the Middle East and educated in Antwerp, this designer has a star and seems to be taking over the fashion world with a fast pace and it is rumored that Karl Langerfeld said that if he was ever to retire from Chanel, Haider should be the one to replace him.

He gave his first women's collection in Paris for autumn/winter 2002 and since then he keeps on creating very unique sensuous clothes with a gothic-dande touch.

But let's not say more and just enjoy his beautiful clothes.

Ποιός είναι ο Haider Ackermann;

Είναι ο σχεδιατής που μου έκανε την μεγαλύτερη εντύπωση όταν ξεφύλιζα ειδικά τεύχη των Elle και Vogue UK για την Άνοιξη/Καλοκαίρι 2012 και είπα να κάνω μια έρευνα.

Γεννήθηκε το 1971 στην Κολομβία, υιοθετήθηκε από Γάλλους γονείς, μεγάλωσε σε μέρη όπως η Αφρική και η Μέση Ανατολή και πρακολούθησε σπουδές στην Αμβέρσα. Αυτός ο σχεδιαστής έχει αστέρι και δείχνει να καταλαμβάνει με ταχύ βήμα τον κόσμο της μόδας και υπάρχουν φήμες ότι ο Καρλ Λάγκερφελντ είπε ότι αν ποτέ συνταξιοδοτηθεί από τη Chanel, ο Haider είναι αυτός που θα έπρεπε να τον αντικαταστήσει.

Έκανε την πρώτη του επίδειξη στο Παρίσι για το Φθινόπωρο/ Χειμώνα 2002 και από τότε συνεχίζει να δημιουργεί μοναδικού στυλ, αισθησιακά και με δόσεις gothic-dande ρούχα.

Ας μην φλυαρώ άλλο όμως. Θα αφήσω τα ρούχα να μιλήσουν από μόνα τους.
